"Presently, Indie-Rootz Records is finishing off the Natty Congo compilation album. It has a '70s Studio One vibe and an extraordinary host of artistes that will bring this album to life and open your heart. Also, we are working on a special compilation album due to be released this year. This will be mind-boggling. We are taking it to another level," Kotler said.

Specialising in reggae music, Indie-Rootz has also "touched dancehall and ska". Kotler described Canada's reggae market as one with immense potential.

Previously, Indie-Rootz Records has worked with several Jamaican acts, including Lady G, Mikey General, Natty King, and Cutty Corn.
